Terms of service for NorthPoint Sourcing
These terms cover use of the NorthPoint Sourcing website and the inquiry form at /service/feedback.act. They describe an independent sourcing desk for business visitors. They are not a construction contract, a design agreement, a dealer appointment, or a purchase order for a building.
Role
NorthPoint Sourcing helps a business buyer prepare a building brief and request alternative factory quotations. The desk is not a manufacturer or authorized dealer. It does not supply products from a referenced brand, and a page that mentions a brand name is a comparison aid.
What a submission is
Sending the form asks the desk to read the use, dimensions, known loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination, and scope word. It does not reserve a module, create a price, or start fabrication. Budget notes and supplier preferences are buyer comments. They are not offers and not verified ratings.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the project information is yours to share. Code compliance, structural design, permits, and contract award stay with you and the professionals you hire. If a load is unknown, leave it blank. Do not treat a catalog picture as proof that a system fits your site.
Limits
Pages can change as the brief format is corrected. The desk states no reply interval, no factory count, and no savings figure. Quotations, if later provided by suppliers, belong to those suppliers and must be read against the exclusions they list.
Different regulatory paths stay distinct. A modular building reviewed under a state program, a manufactured home under HUD Code, and a site-built steel frame under the IBC are not interchangeable because they share a photograph style. You remain responsible for telling the desk which path your project is on.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form. Include the work email you want used for the reply and the project location if the question depends on a jurisdiction.
