Privacy policy for NorthPoint Sourcing

This notice describes how NorthPoint Sourcing handles information typed into the inquiry form. The service is an independent sourcing partner. NorthPoint Sourcing is not a manufacturer or authorized dealer, and this notice does not create a supply relationship. The form posts to /service/feedback.act.

What you may submit

The form asks for a name, a work email, an optional phone, a company, and a procurement requirement. Optional notes about budget, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis, and supplier preference are added to that requirement when script runs. They are not separate stored fields on this website.

Why it is read

The text is read to understand the building use, quantity, destination, and scope so alternative quotations can be requested. It is not used to build a public testimonial, a client logo wall, or a marketing list described on this site.

What this page does not collect

No account password, no payment card, and no drawing upload are offered here. Do not put secrets you cannot share with a sourcing coordinator into the box. If you need a file reviewed, say so in the text and wait for a direct request.

Retention and choices

Messages are kept long enough to coordinate the inquiry and the related correspondence. This page does not name a third-party analytics vendor. To ask about a message you sent, use the same form and include the work email you used.

Project facts inside the requirement, such as a wind speed, a ground snow load, or a module count, are treated as information you supplied for quoting. They are not published as market data and they are not checked against a weather file by this page.
