NorthPoint Sourcing notes on scope, loads, and alternatives

These notes help a buyer turn a brand-led modular search into a specification. They are not employer reviews, not a price list, and not a forecast. NorthPoint Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. Read a note, then send the building use, the known loads, the quantity, and the destination if you want factories asked.

A useful note names the decision it changes: transport envelope versus site assembly, shell versus turnkey, or a blank wind speed versus a guessed one. If a figure is missing from your project, the note will not invent it. The inquiry categories stay on Building Options, and the form stays on the contact page.

Readers who arrived from a company-name search still need module dimensions or a clear span, an eave height, and a destination before two factories can answer the same question. Primary frame type, purlin and girt scope, and the foundation interface are the usual gaps. A note can show where those gaps sit. It cannot certify a weld, a fire-resistance rating, or a code edition for a county the buyer has not named.

Keep shell, delivered, installed, and turnkey as separate descriptions when you apply a note to your own brief. Freight and tax do not become part of a shell line because a paragraph mentioned them. If you want the desk to carry the brief forward, use the contact form and paste the lines you have already decided.
